Terms and conditions Security & Delivery & Charges & Returns * We accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards. As we use the services of Realex Payments as our Secure Payment Service Provider, all information when in transit via the internet is encrypted (128bit SSL) to ensure safety of your card information. This prevents any unauthorised persons from gaining access to card information used on our website. Card information will not be stored on our website and you will have to re-enter this information each time you place an order. * We charge for items in full after acceptance of order. We will refund any items that we are unable to deliver. * All orders are accepted subject to the availability of products. * All orders will be dispatched within 2 days. Please note that any orders placed after 21st December will not be guaranteed for Pre-Christmas delivery. All orders placed after 10am on 23rd of December will not be dispatched until January 4th. * Currency: All transactions are in Euro. If you are shopping from outside the euro currency zone, your bank or credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency. * Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. SunFX Europe is not liable for these charges. Please check this prior to placing your order. * All delivery charges are subject to change * Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge * All orders are accepted subject to availability of products * Signatures are required upon delivery, so please supply an address where somebody can accept deliveries * We accept returns and exchanges which fall within the ‘Cooling-Off Period’ of seven days. Please call our office +353 (0)1 4605055 to arrange and be advised of the returns procedure. All products must be returned in original despatched condition and unopened. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded. * Missing Goods: If your order does not arrive within a few days of notification of dispatch, please email or phone us and we will provide you with proof of dispatch * Damaged Goods: Always ensure that when signing for receipt of goods that you check to ensure they have not been damaged in transit.
